How is the TightSculpting® treatment performed?
The first step of this procedure is Deep skin tightening and fat reduction with PIANO® pulse. This mode of Nd laser :YAG homogeneously heats the tissues, concentrating the energy supply to stimulate the metabolism of the fat cells, leaving the epidermis intact. With this we achieve fat loss and deep firming of the skin.
The second step of this body remodeling treatment consists of increasing the elasticity of the skin with the non-ablative SMOOTH® mode of the Er:YAG. In this phase, the an intense and controlled heating in the surface tissues with which we stimulate the collagen, achieving the reaffirmation of the skin on the surface, to improve the elasticity of the treated areas
