Appointments & Cancellations
Scheduling Appointments
Appointments may be scheduled through our online booking system, by phone, or in person. All appointments are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case we will make reasonable efforts to notify you promptly.
Cancellation Policy
- 24-Hour Notice: We require at least 24 hours' notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling
- Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee
- No-Shows: Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice may result in a no-show fee and may affect future scheduling privileges
- Emergency Situations: We understand that emergencies occur. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation
Payments & Refunds
Payment Terms
Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, credit cards, and other payment methods as posted in our office. You are responsible for all charges incurred, including any applicable taxes.
Insurance
Many of our services are elective and may not be covered by insurance. It is your responsibility to verify coverage with your insurance provider. We will provide you with necessary documentation for insurance reimbursement, but we cannot guarantee payment by your insurance company.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of medical services, refunds are generally not available once services have been rendered. However, we will work with you on a case-by-case basis if you are dissatisfied with your care. Refund requests must be made in writing and will be evaluated according to the circumstances.
